One of the most overlooked items in energy savings today is "Power Factor Correction". Power factor is a true measurement of electricity that can be taken and shows how efficient an electrical system utilizes electricity.

Having a low power factor can lead to high energy costs poor reliability of equipment and excessive heat buildup.

Now this is where we use the "Sizer Process" Technology patent by Mike Papini an electrical engineer. We address the issues of power factor correction. This "Sizer" process patent evaluates specific  equipment needs and thus allows for the design of the "power factor box" to be manufactured for each  motor. This is not a one size fits all approach. It is truly custom designed for each piece of equipment.

The goal is to utilize a custom power factor box to correct the efficiencies with the electrical power feeding a motor. In summary, the owner saves approximately 15% of their electrical expenses and often more. 

And understand the equipment lifespan is extended and function is improved which is an additional savings to an owner that is not on the electrical side of savings mentioned.

We estimate most customers will have an ROI in 24 to 30 months maximum. Keep in mind the power factor box itself will perform for approximately 20 to 25 years.

Customers that have any association with air conditioning, refrigeration, elevators, boilers, conveyors along with most manufacturing facilities are just a few examples that have substantial savings from our process.

We are so confident in our patent and identifiable results we are willing to have the end-user select one motor in their facility and we will provide a power factor box for that motor installed for free.

If after two months the end-user does not get the benefit of the savings predicted we will remove that box at no cost to the owner. If the end user does see benefits with the installation and savings they can pay us for the pre-quoted price of the single box that was installed. But hopefully you will have us quote on a total installation of boxes needed for facility.
